As a wedding planner, I get asked for advice on all sorts of subjects. Once in a while I have a young couple in the process of buying their first home right in the middle of planning their wedding! So to help them (and me) keep the stress level down and the focus on fun and excitement…I turn to the best realtors in San Diego.

It’s my pleasure to introduce you to Dave Werth and Mary Aronoff :

Dave Werth graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Directly out of college, Dave spearheaded Milieu Networks LLC, a startup indoor advertising and software firm, where he served as managing partner and head of business development.

With a passion for real estate investment, and desire to make a career out of it, Dave made the move to Keller Williams Realty where he has been building the Versa Team over the past two years. The Versa Team offers a full scope of services from representing buyers to assisting distressed homeowners that are facing foreclosure.

In 2010, Dave became a Certified Distressed Property Expert, sharing this designation with a very small percentage of Realtor’s in the U.S. As a member of numerous professional organizations, Dave is actively involved in his community, and is consistently making efforts to improve his team.

Dave enjoys playing music, home brewing, and spending  time with his beautiful wife and two children.

I would like to begin by saying that real estate is in my blood. I have always had an interest in homes, especially rehab and renovation, for as long as I can remember. Out of college, getting my real estate license was the natural “next step.” I moved to the beautiful city of San Diego, upon graduation from the University of Arizona, for the sunny weather and bounty of things to do.  This truly is America’s Finest City.

My most recent accomplishment in my professional life was receiving the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation. The housing market and the economy as a whole, has caused hardship for many people. With this CDPE designation, I feel confident that I can help those who are in difficult situations and provide them with thorough and accurate advice. I want to help people avoid the wrath of harassing phone calls, threatening mail from the bank and ultimately, foreclosure.

My passions include spending time with friends and family, playing soccer, cooking, spending time outdoors whenever possible, networking (especially my professional BNI networking group) and meeting new people and of course, helping people buy and sell real estate.
